The country’s total land mass equates to 111.000 square kilometers with a population in the region of 7.5 million, (less than London), and possesses a varied terrain.
To the East is an impressive 354 km of Black Sea coastline with some of the finest sandy beaches in Europe, non-tidal, warmer and less salty than the Mediteranian, many of which have been awarded the prestigious EU Blue Flag. The coast is served by two international airports, Burgas, the busiest in Bulgaria, and Varna, with flights from the UK and the rest of Europe taking under 3 hours.     Once you arrive on the Bulgarian Riviera you will find remnants of History covering such diversity as the, Thracian, Hellenistic, Mediaeval, Byzantine and Renaissance periods.

Not to mention the numerous  new Marinas and  Golf courses either being built or planned (over 30) along the entire length of the coast, with such famous names as Ian Woosnam and Gary Player to mention just two, putting their names to them.
The mountain ranges to the West occupy half of Bulgaria’s territory and are easily accessible, making them a prime destination for winter and summer tourists. Here you can  enjoy.

With tourism figures in Bulgaria rising every year to new heights; having received over 4 million visitors in 2004 alone and making it the fourth most popular holiday destination  worldwide, we are expecting over 5.6 million visitors in 2007 an 8.6 5 increase over 2006.
Also a recent survey put Bulgaria in the top 3 countries giving the best buy to let return for investors returning 54%,making it the property Hot Spot ahead of,France,Turkey,Greece,Spain,South Africa, Cyprus and Portugal.
This country offers it all and  as yet, is  still very much unknown to the European investor, but that is all  going to change, so now is the time to act if you don’t want to miss the boat.
Although hugely unexploited and vastly unknown, Bulgaria offers a diverse variety of opportunity for all. This country offers a mixture of quiet rural scenery, with their preserved historic villages through to modern cities pulsating with  the growing economic activity of a country  having just been accepted in to the EU in January 2007.New high tech rail network, the new  Thracian highway from the capitol Sofia to Burgas with its new Super port and soon to be modernized airport ,boasting the longest runway in Bulgaria(capable of taking the worlds biggest planes),all of which will make Burgas the gateway to not only the Black Sea resorts but to Bulgaria, Europe and the rest of the World.
Bulgaria is also a veritable wine maker, being the 5th major wine producer in the world. The country too has many Spring and Spa centres where relaxing is the only thing necessary. With average summer temperatures of 27c and with more than 900 hours of sunshine in the high season, makes Bulgaria one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe with people coming from all over the world.
We believe that the full potential of Bulgaria is yet to be entirely recognized. With the countries economy growing at a steady rate of 6% per year, tourism growing at over 8% per year, capital appreciation at around 25% per year, and with unemployment continually on the decrease, excellent buy to Let figures. These combined factors make Bulgaria into one of the most lucrative investments in the Europe at the present time.
